Located along a hidden alley in Fitzrovia, the sophisticated dim sum cuisine of Alan Yau continues to attract and impress. With one Michelen star rating, Hakkasan offers a dining setting in contrast to Alan Yau’s famous noodle chain, Wagamama. Designed by Christian Liaigre, patrons enter a non-descript entrance marked by the presence of a bouncer who confirms reservations and then allows customers to descend the staircase into the cavernous dining room. Surrounded by dark lattice wood people come to enjoy incredible dim sum and other modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine. Look out for them stateside at the Fountainebleu Miami!
