With four locations in London, Ottolenghi is a buzzing cafe which offers both a “deli-like” take away counter and a small seated restaurant. The large storefront windows reveal shelves covered in heavenly pastries and decadent platters of every imaginable color to tempt those walking along the street outside. The food is the true art of this gallery-like white cafe space. The sleek lines draw your eye to the plastic chairs that flank the cafeteria style communal table in the back. A fun touch is the red Dualit Toasters, whose bright colored cords hang from the ceilings down to the tables during breakfast hours, allowing diners to toast their bread to their delight alongside homemade jams.
