This past weekend I enjoyed one of the tastiest brunches I have ever had! Surprisingly, it was found in Philadelphia at Jose Garces’ Tinto, which features tapas-style plates from the Basque region. On weekends they offer a $25 three-course brunch that was truly unforgettable! Be sure to try Jose’s version of egg benedict with a thin serrano ham and truffled hollandaise sauce and order the dessert of fresh grapefruit brulee with a side of olive oil gelato! Trust me….
